The funeral of Boyzone star Stephen Gately will take place in his hometown Dublin this Saturday one week after his tragic death in Majorca.
Gately was found dead at his house in Majorca on Saturday afternoon after an all-night drinking binge.The post mortem confirmed that the singer had died from natural causes from an accumulation of fluid on the lungs.
The funeral for the singer will be held at Dublin’s St Laurence O’Toole’s church at noon.
Boyzone was put together in the mid 90s by manager Louis Walsh. Walsh was working with the group again after they reformed last year. A new album was in the works.
