Australian acts Wolfmother, Eskimo Joe, Bernard Fanning, Human Nature and Midnight Oil have all had sales increases following last week's appearances on the ARIA Awards.
Eskimo Joe's 'Black Fingernails, Red Wine' leapt from no. 14 to no. 6 and sold 8731 units in the last week.Wolfmother also re-entered the Top 10 with their debut album jumping from no. 18 to no. 7 and selling 8107 after the ARIA's.
Bernard Fanning came from outside the Top 50 to land at no. 15 this week when his 'Tea and Sympathy' album sold 4790 units.
Midnight Oil, who were inducted into the Hall of Fame, debut at no. 21 with the 'Flat Chat' compilation. It sold 3646 units.
The biggest success of the week went to Human Nature who replaced Robbie Williams at the top spot after selling 13151 units for 'Dancing In The Streets: The Songs of Motown II".
The Veronicas likewise registered a jump following the show. Their 'The Secret Life Of ...' album jumped from 35 to 28 after 55 weeks on the chart.
