The second series of Underbelly is also throwing out another excellent soundtrack.
‘Underbelly: A Tale Of two Cities’ is the story of notorious bad guys Bob Trimbole and Terry Clark and their wave of crime in the drug trade in the 70s.The soundtrack captures the era with Aussie classics like The Angels ‘Take A Long Line’, ‘Divinyls ‘Science Fiction’, Jo Jo Zep ‘Hit and Run’ and that lost classic by Mississippi ‘Kings Of The World’.
The soundtrack was compiled by Melbourne company Level Two Music.
The songs of the era are perfectly balanced with modern day Jackson Jackson ‘The Devil In Me’ and Eli Paperboy Reed ‘Take My Love With You’.
Like the first series soundtrack, the new album is every much a must-keep as the series on DVD.
Underbelly: A Tale of Two Cities will be released on March 21.
