AC/DC have the hottest concert tickets in the world right now.
After shows went on sale for the Black Ice World Tour this week, Chicago, New York, Vancouver, San Antonio and Toronto sold out in just minutes.At New York’s Madison Square Garden two shows went on sale and sold out in a few minutes.
“The tremendous fan response to AC/DC is evidenced by record breaking ticket sales this weekend,” said Columbia Records co-Chairman Steve Barnett.
“AC/DC’s fans came out in force this weekend to get tickets to the band’s upcoming ‘Black Ice’ tour,” said David Marcus, Ticketmaster’s senior vice president, Music. “A live AC/DC event promises to be a legendary rock show.
The Black Ice World Tour will start in Wilkes-Barre, PA on October 28.
