AC/DC, Keith Urban and, surprisingly, The Temper Trap are among BRW’s Top 50 entertainment earners
The Music Network has revealed some of Business Review Weekly’s top-earning Australian entertainers.
The list will certainly include the usual suspects, although AC/DC have been knocked off the top spot by Global Creatures, who produce the animatronic special effects for the Walking With Dinosaurs Arena Spectacular.
Other musicians that will be in the list include the ever-lucrative Wiggles at number three, Keith Urban at number five, those other kids’ entertainers Hi-5 at number nine, Kylie Minogue at 26 and, surprisingly, indie upstarts The Temper Trap at number 40.
The Veronicas have reportedly dropped off the list, but they’re in between albums at the moment.
