Brian `Head` Welch will officially become a solo artist next week.
Head is about to release his debut solo album `Save Me From Myself`, and will release the album on his newly formed label Driven Music Group.`Save Me From Myself` shares the same title as Welch`s autobiography. The book is about “how I found God, quit Korn, kicked drugs and lived to tell my story”.
The book became a New York Times best seller.
He will be signing copies of his book and the CD on his forthcoming trek across America.
Welch recorded the album in Phoenix with Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel, David Bowie) and Josh Freese (A Perfect Circle).
Welch formed Driven Music Group earlier this year with his former label guys Greg Shanaberger and Mark Nawara.
