Australian's will soon see Vanessa Amorosi as the face of the upcoming Calvin Klein Jeans advertising campaign.
Vanessa's manager Ralph Carr has confirmed for Undercover that she has signed on for the campaign, which is due to commence in February 2008.The soundtrack to the campaign will be a Vanessa song, maybe 'Perfect' but that is still to be decided. 'Perfect' is Vanessa's metal moment featuring Marcel Yammouni's riveting guitar solo.
Last month she released her new sound/new look single 'Kiss Your Mama' from her second album, due in 2008.
Vanessa has been working on the next record since 2006. She recorded the early stages at Resonate Studios and then moved to Rocket Carousel. Artists who have graced those studios include U2, Black Eyed Peas, Christina Aguilera and Green Day.
She has been working on the record with producers Cliff Magness and Chris Lord-Alge. The pair have previously worked with Mika, Timbaland, Green Day and Pink.
Vanessa released her debut album 'The Power' six years ago. It went on to sell more than 1 million copies worldwide.
