Paris Hilton is back behind bars after being released just 3 days into her sentence by the county sheriff, citing psychological problems for the spoilt rich kid.
However, new evidence has come to light that William Barron Hilton, the grandfather of Paris, may have used some personal influence to have his grand-daughter freed.The 78 year old billionaire "donated money to the election campaign of the sheriff" it has been revealed.
The re-election campaign for Sheriff Lee Baca was funded by old man Hilton and the release of Paris may just have been payback time.
Sheriff Baca released Paris Hilton without the approval or knowledge of the Judge who sentenced her.
Paris returned to jail on Friday sobbing after being allowed by Baca to serve the remainder of her sentence at home.
Baca had her released on medical reasons, although in the same jail, a man in a wheelchair was denied the same privilege.
Paris will now serve the remainder of her sentence in jail without question.
