The Queenscliff Music Festival has announced a sterling line-up, including The Triffids, Eskimo Joe, Gypsy & The Cat, Kimbra, Cruel Sea and heaps more.
The festival has really outdone itself in its fifteenth year, with a diverse line-up of classic and burgeoning artists converging on the beachside town in November.
Paying tribute to the late David McComb, the remaining members of The Triffids will be joined by pals for their first festival performance since 2009.
As well as the above acts, we have: fiery hip-hoppers The Herd, beachy boys The Beautiful Girls, super soul outfit the Dynamites with Charles Walker, funk-soul sensation the Bamboos, sensitive songwriter Oh Mercy, sweetheart Gossling, dark dapper boys The Snowdroppers, rustic singer Shane Nicholson, classic country dudes Wagons, and fuzzrock up-and-comers Stonefield.
Then there are classic acts like Pseudo Echo, Richard Clapton, My Friend The Chocolate Cake, Christine Anu, Vince Jones, Mat McHugh, the Bondi Cigars, and The Blackeyed Susans.
And even more, The Red Eyes, Leah Flanagan, Nat Col & the Kings, Amira Laucirica, Puta Madre Brothers, The Wayne Jury Three, and John-Luke Shelly and High Speed Steel.
There’s a hell of a lot of footstomping and dancing on that bill. Tickets are on sale at the QMF website here.
Queenscliff Music Festival takes place over the weekend of 25-26-27 November
