Mushroom Publishing has signed Gypsy & The Cat to a publishing deal.
Gypsy & The Cat released their debut album ‘Gilgamesh’ last November through Sony in Australia and Sony RCA in the UK.
On January 26, 2011, they scored two Top 30 Triple J Hottest 100 hits with ‘Piper’s Song’ and ‘Time To Wander’ at no’s 23 and 24.
Gypsy & The Cat is the dup Xavier Bacash and Lionel Towers. They only began making music a year ago out of a garage in Melbourne.
‘Gilgamesh’ was produced by the two guys with David Fridmann (MGMT) and Rich Costey (Muse).
