Damien Leith’s Roy stays at number two, then Bruno Mars, Foo Fighters, a steady result for The Wombats, and then Fleet Foxes’ Helplessness Blues debuting at number six and Beastie Boys’ Hot Sauce Committee Part Two at seven.
Other new entries include Jennifer Lopez’s Love? at eleven, the Mum-themed Aussie compilation When I First Met Your Ma at 29, Aussie tenor David Hobson’s Best Of at 36, Skrillex’s Scary Monsters And Nice Sprites at 39, Rod Stewart’s American Songbook Best Of at 40 and Sade’s Ultimate Collection.
Some other albums benefitting from Mother’s Day include Buble’s eternal Crazy Love going from 27 to 15, Andre Rieu’s Moonlight Serenade up from 34 to 17, and James Blunt’s Some Kind Of Trouble re-entering the chart at 34.
Jessie J’s Logies appearance helped her Who You Are album climb from 33 to 20.
Big drops include Radiohead’s King Of Limbs, down from 29 to 43 and Foo Fighters’ Greatest Hits down from 31 to 47.
