Legendary bluesman B.B. King has left hospital in Galveston, Texas after being admitted for a fever earlier this week.
The 81 year old performer had the flu midway through a series of dates in Texas.Because of his age, and because he is a diabetes sufferer, the bluesman was taken to hospital for observation after he came down with a fever of 100.4 degrees.
King was scheduled to perform at the Grand Opera House on Thursday and Friday but the shows were cancelled.
He will be back on stage in Fort Worth, Texas on Tuesday. However, the cancelled shows have been rescheduled for June.
