The Middle East Announce National Tour

Internationally-hyped North Queensland folk experimentalists The Middle East announce a national tour.

The band recently delivered the news about their forthcoming debut full-length album, I Want That You Are Always Happy, due out on April 8.

Now they’ve announced their accompanying ten-date, Queensland-heavy, winter national tour.

The Townsville and Cairns shows – essentially their hometown shows, even though the collective has been globe-trotting over the last couple of years – will be all ages.

Saturday June 4 - Riverway Arts Centre, Townsville
Wednesday June 8 - Fly by Night Club, Fremantle
Friday June 10 - The Governor Hindmarsh, Adelaide
Saturday June11 - The Corner Hotel, Melbourne
Monday June 13 - Karova Lounge, Ballarat
Wednesday June 15 - Old Museum, Brisbane
Thursday June 16 - Joe's Waterhole, Sunshine Coast
Friday June 17 - The Metro, Sydney
Sunday June 19 - Cambridge Hotel, Newcastle
