January 31st sees the Stephen Walker Benefit hitting the Forum with the Skull Cave Allstars featuring local musicians David Bridie, Peter Lawler, Gary Young and Phil Wales.
The band has been specially brought together to play at the benefit concert which plans on raising money for RRR Broadcaster Stephen Walker who is suffering from Multiple Sclerosis and needs to get to Europe for an expensive treatment that is not available in Australia.
As if the all stars weren’t enough to get you down, the lineup also features Gareth and Dan from The Drones, The Dirty Three, Dave Graney and the Lurid Yellow Mist, Ron S. Peno, Sand Pebbles, Max Crawdaddy and other RRR DJs.
Stephen Walker has presented The Skull Cave on Melbourne community radio station 3RRR for 30 years.
