The Australia music industry is rallying behind music biz identity Serge Thomann for his move to state politics in the upcoming Victorian Election with a major concert next week in Melbourne.
He has now aiming for a seat in State Government and will run as an Independent for the seat of Albert Park in the state election later this month.
On November 17, ‘Vote Serge – The Concert’ will take place at the Palace Theatre.
Artists who will perform include Ben & Jack Rogers, Blair McDonough, Bob Starkie, Brett Goldsmith, Dale Ryder, The Dili All Stars, Glenn Shorrock, Jan Skubiszewski, Jon Jackson, Kate Ceberano, Mick Harvey, Normie Rowe, Paul Gray, Renee Geyer, Ross Wilson, Scott Carne, Pseudo Echo and Wilbur Wilde.
Also performing on the night will be Attack of the Mannequins, featuring the sons of James Freud. They will now perform in honour of their father who took his own life last week.
