Possibly the most spaced out band ever to exist, Hawkwind, recently announced a spot at Victoria’s Golden Plains Festival, but now they have announced sideshows as well.
This is great news to those acid-loving psychedelic freaksters who avoid festivals because you usually end up with the brown acid. Now you can experience a vast selection from their 26 studio albums in the comfort of your own city!
The band’s current incarnation features founding member Dave Brock (vox, guitar, keys), Mr. Dibs (vox, bass), Niall Hone (guitar, keys), Tim Blake (keys, vox) and Richard Chadwick (drums, vox).
