Belle & Sebastian Added To Golden Plains

Belle & Sebastian will return to Australia for only the third time in 15 years to perform at the Golden Plains festival next March.

Golden Plains last week announced a line-up featuring Hawkwind, Airbourne and Architecture In Helsinki.

Belle & Sebastian formed in 1996 and have been compared to The Smiths. Their most recent album ‘Belle & Sebastian Write About Love’ was released last month.

The Golden Plains ticket ballot opens at 10pm Wednesday, November 10. Click here for the site

Golden Plains is on March 12, 13 and 14, 2011 at the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre, Meredith, Victoria.
