Peter Gabriel has recorded The Magnetic Fields `The Book Of Love` and in return The Magnetic Fields have recorded Gabriel`s `Not One Of Us`.
Gabriel is about to release his first-ever album of covers but there is a twist. The album ‘Scratch My Back’ is all part of what Peter Gabriel is calling ‘Song Swap’.Gabriel says that the full album meaning is “you scratch my back and I will scratch yours”. Every artist featured in the Gabriel album will also record one of his songs. Paul Simon has done ‘Biko’.
The Peter Gabriel/Magnetic Fields tracks will be the first official single download from the album.
