Chris Ross and Myles Heskett, the founding members of Wolfmother who split with Andrew Stockdale before the new album, are now touring members of The Slew.
The Slew is Canadian DJ Kid Koala and his friend Dynomite D who on the road now expand to include the former Wolfmother rhythm section.The Slew have recorded the album ‘100%’ but the record does not include the Wolfmother guys.
Eric Stan (Kid Koala) and Dylan J. Frombach (Dynomite D) met in 1998 when they were touring together with the Beastie Boys. They decided way back then to make a rock record.
Inertia will release The Slew in Australia on December 11.
