Singer/songwriter Alex Lloyd spent yesterday in the Federal Court in Sydney listening to allegations that he his biggest hit `Amazing` was written by another person.
Mark O’Keefe claims he wrote the song with Lloyd on the back of a coaster in a Sydney bar in 1991.O’Keefe claims to have composed the melody and lyrics of the chorus plus the opening line of the middle right.
‘Amazing’ was a top 10 hit for Alex Lloyd in 2001. It topped the Triple J Hottest 100 list that year.
