The next Echo and the Bunnymen record is going to feature a collaboration with Chris Martin.
There is no word on the name of the collaboration, but the album is going to be called ‘The Fountain’ and the first single will be ‘Think I Need It Too’, which is due out on September 28.The album isn’t due for release until October 13 (although that’s always subject to change).
On top of Ian McCulloch and crew bringing their spiteful bitterness back to the world (this record is said to be full of spite, and a step away from their jangly last effort, ‘Siberia’), those of you lucky enough to live in one of the following cities can also check them out live in concert:
