OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder has co-written `Battlefield`, the new song for Jordin Sparks.
‘Battlefield’ is the title track of the new Jordin Sparks album.The album features production and songwriting from Tedder, Dr Luke, T-Pain and Stargate.
For Jordin, the title track is about power. "To me, the title 'Battlefield' is about strength and perseverance," she explains. "Things can go from good to bad in an instant, it could be family, friendship or work; and my favorite line in the song is, 'you better go and get your armour,' because it's telling you to be prepared for that time so that you can overcome it.”
Tedder has also hits for Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson and Leona Lewis.
‘Battlefield’ will be released on July 17.
