Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor who administered the drugs that killed Michael Jackson, has gone back to work in his Houston practice.
Dr. Murray, who to date has not been charged with any crime despite being at the centre of a murder investigation, went to Church on Sunday and asked his congregation to pray for him.On Monday, he was back at work attending to his former patients.
In a statement today, Murray’s lawyer Edward Chernoff issued the following statement. "Because of a deteriorating financial condition and prompting by many of his beloved patients, on November 20, 2009, Dr. Conrad Murray resumed his cardiology practice in Houston Texas. Doctor Murray plans to attend to patients in both Las Vegas and Houston."
Murray has been out of work for the seven months since the death of Michael Jackson.
His only other public statement was via a YouTube video in August where he said, "I have done all I could do. I told the truth and I have faith the truth will prevail."
