In news that seems too good to be true (but it isn’t, it actually IS true!), Le Tigre are working with Christina Aguilera at the moment.
The news comes from Perez Hilton (via Pitchfork) who twittered the news straight from J.D. Samson’s mouth (or via some kind of twitter-enabled device, presumably).There is no word on what the end product is going to be, but this will be the first we have heard from Le Tigre as a whole in close to five years.
Aguilera has already been in the studio with Sia, Goldfrapp and Ladytron so far. Will her next album be a train wreck desperately clinging to the credibility of these artists for dear life, or will it be the greatest thing since sliced analogue synths?
