The Big Sound music conference in Queensland in September has added more big names from the music biz as speakers this year.
New to the list of speakers are Amy Driscoll from 20th Century Fox Films in the US, Lee Laborde from UK promoters Live Nation, Jens Geisemeyer from Germany’s G-Pop Records, Portia Sabin from US label KillRockStars (Sleater Kinney, Elliott Smith, Macromantics), Mike Walsh from XFM radio in the UK and Fiction/Polydor A&R Ellie Giles also from the UK.Big Sound has become a major music event.
