Liza Minelli will return to Australia in October.
Liza last toured the country in 1989 with Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr. She is the last remaining member of that trio.The first time she toured Australia was in the 60s. She met her soon-to-be husband Peter Allen on that tour and performed with the Allen Brothers on the music TV show Bandstand.
Always one to stay contemporary, the last time Liza was on a recording was with My Chemical Romance on their album ‘The Black Parade’.
