Oh dear, Howard Stern aired an unprocessed Beyonce vocal on his radio show this week and it was not good.
Stern broadcast an audio feed from the soundboard from The Today Show and the vocal is painful.The broadcast of the leaked board vocal was indeed embarrassing for the singer but her father and manager Matthew Knowles claims it was doctored.
He told Us Weekly that the audio was “obviously altered” but Howard Stern was not as convinced. “She is singing along with it, having a hard time, I guess,” he said.
Beyonce performed the song for The Today Show last year. Television usually plays the original audio from the CD for the audience, not the singer is still required to lip-synch the vocal.
A similar incident happened with Enrique Iglesias last year. Iglesias later came into the Stern show to prove he could sing.
“I think hers is worse. Hers is about the worse there is,” Robyn Quivers stated
Mathew Knowles stated, “At 12 years into her career, the last thing someone should be questioning is her vocal ability. That would be like questioning if Kobe Bryant could shoot a jump shot”
