The JD Set Introduces The Novocaines

Perth band The Novocaines draws its inspiration from The Velvet Underground and The Stooges.

Detroit Rock and English Punk collide for the new sound of Perth wrapped up in a band where the average age is still below 20.

The Novocaines are Corey Marriott on vocals, his brother Jay on guitar, Steven Turnock on bass and 18-year old Liam Young on drums.

The Novocaines have played with British India, The Vasco Era and Ben Kweller. They want to tour with You Am I.
