They counted down and now it’s here – The Living End's new single ‘The Ending Is Just The Beginning Repeating’.
The Living End have had a countdown and a snippet of the track on their dot com for a while now, and their new single and first since 2008 has finally dropped.
It’s called ‘The Ending Is Just The Beginning Repeating’ and you can sample it from their site and buy it from iTunes.
There’s no stylistic leap, but The Living End fans are sure to be pleased by this rollicking, political anthem.
And the countdown has begun again on their site to July 22, when we can only assume that album number six will be released.
They posted up a recent blog to say that it was finished in May and was sent through to Brendan O’Brien (who’s worked on AC/DC and Bruce Springsteen records) to be mixed, promising songs that are “loud”, “rocking” and “100 per cent classed TLE”.
The Living End are also part of Splendour In The Grass, which happens a week after the above date.
