Author Harlan Coben and Aussie singer / songwriter Missy Higgins are going out together ... on the road that is.
Remember when Undercover put Harlan and Missy together last year? We reported how Harlan used Missy in his novel ‘Hold Tight’.That led to their New York bookstore appearance together.
This week, Harlan appeared on the NBC Today Show and told Al Roker about the upcoming tour across the US with Missy.
“I put Missy in one of my books,” he said. “I had been listening to Missy. We got in touch with each other. She is a huge Australian star and if you haven’t heard her song ‘Where I Stood’, right now, Twitter and find it. So we decided to do an event together in New York. It went really well and we are doing 7 or 8 across the country. (harlancoben.com for where). She sings, we talk about the creative process”.
Roker asked “Do you do any duets?”. “I hope not”, Harlan responded. “We are going to do ‘Island In The Stream’ together, bring that one back. No, she won’t let me sing. She is smart”.
