Howard Jones knocked out many a hit in the 80s. Next month he will return to Australia to play them all.
Jones catalogue includes the songs ‘No One Is To Blame’, ‘Look Mama’, ‘Like To Get To Know You Well’ and ‘Things Can Only Get Better’.We first heard Howard in 1983 when ‘New Song’ grabbed our attention during the new romantic period, which also bred acts like Duran Duran and Spandau Ballet.
Duran Duran had the suits but Howard had the hair.
‘No One Is The Blame’ was the big one. It went to number one in the USA off the back of some tasty help from Phil Collins.
In 2007, Jones got productive. He released three albums that year, with his piano instrumental series.
He will lap the map starting February 5th in Adelaide.
