Jet gave a sneak preview of seven new songs at their intimate pub gig in hometown Melbourne this week.
The band played a one-off show at the Brunswick Club this week in front of around 200 fans.The show featured seven songs shortlisted for their third album.
The new Jet songs were ‘Start The Show’, ‘Beat On Repeat’, ‘Seventeen’, ‘Black Hearts On Fire’, ‘Holiday’, ‘Goodbye Hollywood’ and ‘Genius’.
Jet have been working on the album throughout the year after settling into Atlantic Sound in New York to write the songs and then moving to Austin, Texas to record.
It is expected early 2009.
