Leona Lewis will release her version of the Snow Patrol hit `Run` as a bonus track on her `Spirit` album and possibly a single later this week.
Lewis sang the song two weeks ago on the show X Factor and last week the original 2003 Snow Patrol hit re-entered the English chart.The Leona version was released last week in Ireland and it quickly topped the chart there.
The singer initially preferred to make the song an additional track on her Spirit’ album rather than make it a single in England but has changed her mind after pressure from her label.
‘Run’ by Leona Lewis is expected to be released this weekend.
