The first round of ticket sales for Big Day Out in Sydney has sold out and now a further 10,000 tickets will go on sale via ballot.
The tickets for Big Day Out are being stagnated to make it more difficult for scalpers.The final 10,000 tickets will be available by ballot from the BDO website. 1000 tickets will be drawn over the next 10 weeks.
The ballot will start on October 23 and go through to December 24.
There is a 2 ticket limit per person.
Registration for the ballot will open at 9am on October 16 at the Big Day Out website.
Big Day Out 2009 will feature Neil Young, Arctic Monkeys and The Living End.
