The Who will be given an all-star nod on June 8 when Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters and Flaming Lips will gather in their honor for VH1 Rock Honors.
The charity event will feature the three bands paying tribute to The Who, followed by a performance from the legendary UK band.The event will be taped at LA's Pauley Pavilion and broadcast on July 17.
Tickets will be sold via thewho.com on June 6 and then to the general public via Ticketmaster from June 8.
Proceeds from the ticket sales will aid The Teenage Cancer Trust, the Double O Charity, VH1 Save The Music Foundation and select VH1 Classic Rock Autism organizations.
