Foo Fighters will perform their new album ‘Wasting Light’ at a secret location on Sydney Harbour on March 24.
‘Wasting Light’, the seventh studio album from Foo Fighters, will be released in April.
The album reunites Dave Grohl with Butch Vig who produced the iconic Nirvana album ‘Nevermind’. There is another Nirvana connection. Nirvana’s Krist Novoslelic features on the track ‘I Should Have Known’
‘Wasting Light’ is also the first album for Foo Fighters featuring Pat Smear as an official member even though he has been playing live with the band since 2006.
Foo Fighters Wasting Light On The Harbour will happen at sunset with the Sydney Harbour as the backdrop. It will be broadcast on Channel V and Triple M on April 2 at 11am and on Max that evening at 8.30pm.
