Madonna's '4 Minutes' single passed the benchmark 1 million downloads mark this week. As of today, it has sold 1,004,482 units.
It took 5 weeks for the song to get there. The only other artist to do more than 1 million in downloads is Rihanna.Madonna's 11th studio album 'Hard Candy' will go instore this week and to launch the album she will perform a free show at New York's Roseland tomorrow (April 30).
"It's my way of saying thank you to my fans," said Madonna in a statement.
Fans can start lining up from 6am tomorrow for the show. Tickets will be handed out on a first come first served basis.
To grab the tickets, be at Roseland Ballroom, 239 W 52nd St and 8th Avenue early.
