Daryl Hall and John Oates will play two shows at LA's legendary nightclub The Troubadour.
This will be the first time in 35 years since the duo have performed at the Santa Monica Blvd venue, best known as the base for early gigs by the Eagles, Crosby, Stills & Nash and Linda Ronstadt.Hall and Oates first ever LA show was at the 500 capacity venue.
"John and I have a lot of great memories associated with performing at the Troubadour, since it was our first show in LA," said Daryl in a statement. "It's like going back to where it all began for us. We've always had an enthusiastic following in Los Angeles, and this is a chance for our fans to see us up close and personal in an intimate setting."
The shows will take place on May 22 and 23.
Two days earlier, Hall and Oates will be honoured as BMI Icons at the Beverly Wilshire in LA.
Daryl, these days, is also producing his online TV show Live from Daryl's House.
The shows produced at his various houses have featured KT Tunstall and Gym Class Heroes' Travis McCoy.
