Future Role Models will be road-testing more new material at a surprise gig in Melbourne tomorrow night.
The new band featuring Jason Singh of Taxiride fame, along with Dayne Lawless, Kit Riley and Aaron Laguda, will perform the free gig at The Espy in St. Kilda at 10.30pm.The band snuck up on the music world last year when they played a launch gig in Sydney and Melbourne.
The gig came off the back of the recording of 'The World As You Know It', a song they recorded with Snoop Dogg.
Next came a trip to Bangkok where the Aussie band helped launch the Asian song contest Sutasi.
At the band's MySpace site, fans can also download for free their first single '6 Feet Underground' and listen to 6 of their songs including 'The World As You Know It' and the rocking live favourite 'Freakin' Me Out'.
