A concert to honor The Clash's Joe Strummer on the 5th anniversary of his death will be held in Sydney.
The show will feature performances from Travis Dempsey, formerly of The Living End, who will play with his new band The Currency.The night will include The Hard-Ons, Waiting for Guiness, Steppin' Razor and Gambeta.
Proceeds from the evening will go to the charity Strummerville, set up by the family of Joe a year after his death.
Strummerville is a registered charity which raises money to create new opportunities for young musicians who don't have access to recording resources.
Revolution Rock - A Joe Strummer Tribute Night, will take place at the Gaelic Club in Sydney on Saturday, December 22nd.
