The physical CD release of Radiohead's 'In Rainbows' album will be distributed by XL Recordings outside of the United States, according to the New York Times.
The paper reports that the label - headed up by Coran Capshaw - would hold licensing rights to the album for a specified amount of time, with the band retaining ownership of the recording.Radiohead's seven album relationship with EMI ended with the 2003 album 'Hail To The Thief'.
XL also released Thom Yorke's solo effort 'The Eraser' last year.
