Nashville, TN, the home of country music, has unveiled plans to have a walk of fame, similar to that in Hollywood.
The walk of fame will honour musicians, songwriters, performers and even record company executives and industry personalities from all genres, not just country music, with a star.The only catch is that they have to have played a part in making Nashville the legendary music hub it is today.
The plaques will be chosen by a special committee, who will announce their first plaques in November during the Country Music Association's CMA Music Week.
The city already houses the Country Music Hall of Fame.
