Poor Diddy can't take a trick - he's being sued for the second time in a week, this time by a promoter who claims he was beaten up by the rap mogul's bodyguards.
James Waldon has filed a $US5 million suit in Manhattan's Supreme Court which claims that after trying to speak to Diddy at The Box nightclub, he was punched in the mouth by one bodyguard before being kicked and punched by another two.Waldon claims that he was merely trying to exchange pleasantries with Diddy, before he "gestured at (a bodyguard) to forcibly remove Mr. Waldon from close proximity to Combs," court papers say.
This follows a $US19 million suit launched by former consultant James Sabatino, who claims that Diddy owes him the cash over the rights to a Notorious B.I.G. recording from 1994.
