Melbourne songsmith Ned Collette will tour the country in November and December in support of his new album, 'Future Suture'.
Collette has found audiences both at home and across Europe and North America with his forays through plaintive folk and experimental guitar noise, touring earlier this year with the likes of Joanna Newsom and Camera Obscura.He and bandmates Joe Talia and Ben Bourke will be joined by Pikelet - aka Evelyn Morris - for most of the shows on the tour, which kicks off in Adelaide on 3 November, and culminates for a performance at the renowned Meredith Music Festival in mid-December.
Collette also plays an improvised set with Francis Plagne, Jim Denley and Yusake Akai at Melbourne's Toff In Town on Wednesday, October 17. 'Future Suture' is out now through Dot Dash / Remote Control.
