Just a heads up for anyone wanting to experience The English Beat perform live in Australia for the very first time. If you haven't got tix you better high-tail it to the nearest box office, cos they're nearly all gone.
After thirty years of creating some of the finest ska and reggae-pop the world has even heard, Dave Wakeling and The English Beat are just a matter of days away from their maiden Australian tour.
Since tickets went on sale in mid-April, Australian fans of The English Beat have been snapping up the chance to see this iconic band across Australia and New Zealand. In this case the news is simultaneously good and bad depending on whether you are a pormoter or a punter. Melbourne and Brisbane have sold out.
There are however very few left for Sydney, Adelaide and Perth. Get your skates on and head to the follwing sites if you do not want to miss out!
