It's been 10 years since the release of Crystal Method's classic 'Vegas' and the occasion will be marked with an expanded reissue of the album.
The new 2CD set will feature the original album remastered plus a second disc of rare and live recordings plus new mixes of the original Vegas tracks.Crystal Method duo Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland personally chose Paul Oakenfold, MSTRKRFT, Hyper, Sta, Deadmau5, Koma & Bones, Tom Real vs. The Rogue Element and Myagi and rework the old songs.
'Vegas' today is considered one of the benchmarks of electronic music. . "One thing people have been telling us for the past 10 years is that VEGAS was the first thing to get them into electronic music," Jordan says. "We just came up with a sound that bridged the gap between alternative and electronic music."
