Prepare to stifle your yawns, the Sex Pistols are reuniting for another show.
It might've been a scintillating event in 1996, and one to take the grandkids to in 2003, but we can only assume that the latest announcement of another Sex Pistols reunion show, this time at London's Brixton Academy, will result in puzzled looks rather than feverish excitement.Yes, the original (pre-Sid Vicious) Sex Pistols have announced that they'll perform on November 8 to honour the 30 year anniversary of the release of the bands one and only album 'Never Mind The Bollocks'. Johnny Rotten (nee Lydon) told NME "There would be no Sex Pistols without dear old London town...See you all at Brixton with proper feelings and proper people all around. From London Bridge to The Rose and Crown, all of Britain is welcome so come on down."
In addition to this extra grab for cash (they weren't subtle about naming their 1997 jaunt the "Filthy Lucre" tour), they'll rerelease a seven-inch vinyl version of their most infamous tune 'God Save The Queen'.
