The Eagles' long-awaited album 'Long Road Out Of Eden' will be a 20 song 2CD set.
'Long Road Out of Eden' is the band's first studio album since 'the Long Run' 28 years ago.The first single 'How Long' was a cover of an old JD Souther song which the band used to perform in their early days. Souther also co-wrote their hit 'New Kid In Town' with the band.
Other previously known tracks are 'No More Cloudy Days', originally released as a live track on the 'Farewell 1' DVD. 'Fast Company' and 'Do Something' were released as bonus tracks on CD with the 'Farewell 1' DVD through Walmart in the USA last year.
According to Eaglesfans.com, 'You Are Not Alone' is a Glenn Frey song, written for his daughter who was going though hard times.
The title track 'Long Road Out of Eden' is a Don Henley epic, written about a world perspective from a U.S. servicemen's point of view.
'I Love To Watch A Woman Dance' is a cover of a Larry John McNally song, sung by Glenn Frey.
'Long Road Out of Eden' will be released by Universal worldwide on October 29th and exclusively to Walmart and Sam's Club in the USA on October 30th.
