Happy Mondays have returned to the stage for the first time since 2001 at London's Astoria where they showed an excited crowd that they still have it.
The setlist included tracks off their up and coming album, 'Unkle Dysfunktional', which is due out in a couple of months, as well as classics like 'Kinky Afro' and even a Black Grape tune. Most importantly, an aging interplanetary Bez was there to keep the crowd from standing still.
It was just a warm up, as earlier this week the band announced a U.K. tour for September and October.
