Eric Clapton played with his former Blind Faith bandmate Steve Winwood for the first time in decades at a British festival over the weekend.
Clapton wandered onstage to a massive reception toward the end of Winwood's set at the Countryside Rocks festival, performing 'Presence Of The Lord' and 'Can't Find My Way Home' from Blind Faith's solitary, self-titled release from 1969.The pair also performed 'Crossroads' and 'Gimme Some Lovin''. The pair are likely to play together again at the forthcoming Crossroads Guitar Festival in Illinois in July, adding speculation that a partial Blind Faith reunion may be on the cards.
